Community Involvement

While there are individual actions you can take to help support a more sustainable food system, true, lasting transformation change only comes when we are able to come together as a community and work to create transformational pathways. Check out some of the resources below to explore ways to get involved in communities that are working to transform Nashville’s food system.

Nonprofits:

There are a lot of organizations already addressing food insecurity and working towards a better food future for Nashville. Check out their websites and find ways to support their work!

Voting:

Voting is an important part of working towards a better future for Nashville’s food system. You can register to vote here and check out resources specific to voting in Nashville here.

You can find out who your legislator is here and information about how to contact them here.
